Messi amazed by Inter Miami’s stunning new stadium

The wait is almost over. Inter Miami is set to officially debut its new stadium early Sunday morning against Austin at 2:00 a.m. Ahead of the match, the players have already had the chance to train and get familiar with their new home.

The “Nu Stadium,” which holds 26,700 fans and features VIP areas along with exclusive suites, left even Lionel Messi in awe. 

“It’s spectacular to see our new home. The new stadium turned out incredible, and it’s really special to finally experience it. We’ve been eager to play there, to make our debut, to start competing officially, and now the moment has arrived. It’s going to be a very special day for the club because of what it means to have a new stadium.”

“The stadium they built is honestly amazing, especially considering how quickly it was completed. Having our own stadium is something crazy. It’s a day to enjoy for everyone at the club, for the fans, and for us, who get to be the first to play in this new venue. It’s going to be a beautiful day,” the Argentine added.
